The culture of the sacred in the East is a beautiful thing. I'm fascinated by Hindu mythology, its ancestors, brothers and descendants. The ideas and imagery are so magical, iconic and evocative.
I'm still following the theme of hands. But I want gods and monsters too.
Things I need to do today: Watch the 1992 anime rendition of the Ramayana.

I christened the sketchbook with hands. What better way to depict the hand than by its direct imprint? Oh I know, I know, this is probably not a route down which to go, but it made pretty colours.
In the next post I'll make some lists, of influences, of media and techniques available, of what makes a monster, of what makes a god, and, I suppose, note down the story of the foundation course.
